T4x memory

Are memory modules interchangeable among the T4x series? And what is the maximum I can install?
My ThinkPad Graveyard:
600 * 2, X220, X61 * 2, T61

T40/T41/T42/R50/R51 can all use the same DDR SODIMMs
T43/R52 need DDR2 SODIMMs.
In each case max. 2x1GB = 2GB.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
But I actually prefer Murphy's from Cork!
