Where did my Question Go?

Earlier this week I posted a question in the 6x forum. I have a t61 and need to remove the ultrabay dvd and use it as an external dvd on another computer. I was looking for an adapter cord that would plug in the rear of the ultrabay and the USB of the other pc. The next day someone asked for clarification on what I was trying to do so I tried to be more clear. When I checked for his response tonight the entire thread is gone. Seems one of the mods is a little quick on the trigger. It would help if I knew what rule I broke.

@Tin Star: You can find all of your posts using two methods:

- from the main page after you log in, there's a link at the upper right above the forum listings titled, "View your posts"
- from any one of your own posts, click the "Profile" button, then the "Find all posts by Tin Star" (under the "Total posts" heading)

Sometimes a thread is moved from one conference to another. Other times the thread may be slightly re-titled. Usually if there has been a violation of a forum rule, you'd be told via PM or a note will be left in the post.
