I've gotten the same/similar error when posting (or even previewing of a post), when PM'ing, and also when trying to view subforums and existing posts at least every other time I tried (sometimes much more often).

On IE if you using, keep clicking refresh on the toolbar to workaround it. Not sure it works on Firefox, haven't tried. It something to do with upgrade to php by Bill over the weekend, I think.

If I click on refresh in Opera, I can get through the error. We had similar errors a few days ago. I don't think this has anything to do with the forum software upgrade.

I'm using Firefox 3.0.4 and am getting the same errors.
By using 'Go Back one page' and then trying it again, it works.
A quirk that we need to live with until the new site goes up, I guess.

I'm also using FF 3.0.4 but didn't get the errors until after installing a handful of MicroSquash updates and one from Flash player. I was all ready to roll back the updates but first hibernated my ThinkPad. When it next woke up, the errors were gone and have not returned (yet).
