PS: The question why you don´t just use right the quote button instead of the reply button is justified, but still...
Marin85 wrote:Well, this is a little bit more complicated observation and I´ll do my best do describe it despite my EnglishWhen you use the reply button in order to reply to someone´s post, but then you additionally want to quote from the previous post of that person and for that purpose you use the quote button under his/her post from the post preview box under the reply box (that´s the tricky part, therefore in bold) and if that person has quoted someone else in his/her post, the use of the quote button then quotes only that third person and not the person you wanted to quote. Is that normal?

OK, I admit I don't quite understand what you are talking about. I pressed the reply button and then I pressed the quote button on my previous post. This is what I got (but I also got an error that only one level of quoting is allowed).basketb wrote:Please ignore. Just testing to see what Marin is talking about.

My point is that using the quote button after using the reply button cuts off the (non-quoting) words of the quoted person, if he or she has quoted someone else, and repeats the quote of that someone else. So, if I had used the quote button like in the pic to quote RealBlackStuff, the output of it in my reply box would have looked like thisMarin85 wrote:Well, this is a little bit more complicated observation
