BIOS Update for PC300GL 6561-SMP

Hello,
I'm having a lot of problems with an PC300GL recently "refurbished" from 3 ohter unis i have here.
I need to update BIOS to a newer version, due to problems on Windows Server 2003 i have installed on it, related to ACPI and other issues.
Since the IBM/Lenovo "agreement", the things become too messy, and older systems doesn't seems to be important to them now...
Does anyone knows a alternate way to acquire the BIOS update diskette for this machine?
