T23 HARD DRIVE HELP!

I have a t20 and a t23 laptop. my t 23 hard drive went bad so i bought a new one. I tried to get the old one out but i dont know how. ive tried everything except breaking the computer. Any Help Please. :(

It is rather easy:

1. Make sure that the hard drive screw has been removed.
2. Slightly open the LCD lid.
3. Pull the drive out with your thumbs on either side of the caddy and your fingers underneath the groove on the bottom of the caddy.

If all else fails, take a look at your Hardware Maintenance Manual:
