Auto Hot Key for Fn THEN Ctrl

^SC163::Send, Hello World

Works as it should, but that's with pressing Ctrl, then Fn.

SC163^::Send, Hello World

or

SC163{Control}::Send, Hello World

Does not work at all if I press Fn first.

What's the code needed for Fn+Ctrl?
