T61P RMClock Cannot install RTCore64

T61P, T7700, Win 10 Pro for Workstations

I'm trying to run RMClock 2.3.5, and I get this error message:
Cannot install or load RTCore64 driver. Make sure you're loading this application from not a read-only medium and/or a network drive, and that you're logged on with Administrator rights.

I'm running RMClock.exe as Admin, and it's not in a read-only medium or network drive.

Could you have W10 32-bit?

There is a mod that allows to run RMClock on x64 systems.
