Which USB2 ports are active on my T61?

Boy, great to see this forum is still going strong!

I have acquired a T61 Model:7661Hs7, Windows 7, 64-bit.
There are 2 vertical USB ports on the left side and 1 vertical port on the right, next to the CD drive.
Device Manager lists:
5 x Intel(R) ICH8 Family USB Universal Host Controller
2 x Intel(R) ICH8 FamilyUSB2 Enhanced Host Controller
7 x USB Root Hub

I'd like to connect a USB2 device to the T61. Which port should I use?

All of them are USB 2.0 ports. One way to test is to plug in a USB flash drive and monitor the transfer speed while copying files from it to the laptop. USB 1.0 maxes out at a little over 1 megabyte/sec (most of the time it's below that), while USB 2.0 reaches 30+ megabytes/sec.
