Placeholder for my first problem that I solved myself.

What are the auto hot key names for the 'back' and 'forward' buttons by the arrow keys?

Prefer the classic keyboard layout of the T60, but I also have the new style Bluetooth Lenovo keyboard which has that annoying requirement of Fn+[Function Key] (although having the BT keyboard premapped for vol/bright is handy on W8/10)

The one thing I have to say on the BT keyboard is that having Pg up/down instead of Back/fwd by the arrow keys is much more intuitive.
