X7900 doesn't work

Recently purchased from china CPU X7900 for test on my thinkpad T61p with motherboard 42W7653 and it doesn't power up. Have no one error post beeps here is the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpGBrRDe2FU hope someone can help me :)

Obviously that's a defective X7900.
Stay with that T9300 and ask for a refund for the X7900.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
But I actually prefer Murphy's from Cork!
