X40 Volume Controls doesn't work

Dear ThinkPad fans!:-)
Lastly I noticed that my volume controls doesn't work. What to do?
"Access IBM" key is working properly.
I can adjust sound from Windows volume applet.
Sound is working in the system.
On screen I have indicators when I change brightness up/down, but when I press volume controls nothing happened.
I tested keys from Keyboard Customize Utility in Key Sensitivity tab - volume controls not responding.

Any idea how to manage with it?
I love this laptop..
