Any pcb designs/kits to turn X40 keyboard+TP into USB or PS/2?

I was thinking on using X40 keyboard & trackpoint as external (for an SBC like raspberry, for example). Unfortunately all the accompanying electronics is on the motherboard! Does anybody know if there are some magical PCB designs/kits that would have the proper matching socket (2x22 pins, keys and TP) on its one end, and some standard plug (USB or PS/2) on the other end?
