Can't swap back ctrl-fn keys with middleton

I installed first the middleton firmware with non-swapped keys and then I installed the one with the swapped keys. Now I want the usual configuration, but no matter what I install, it stays with the swap...
I even installed the previous BIOS 2.21...

please help, the swap is horrible.
