working link for X60s BIOS with WiFi card whitelist?

Hi,
Bought a used X60s on ebay with a 3945AGN WiFi card, which gets pretty warm when used. After a quick read of some posts here I ordered a 6200N card+bracket to replace it, and then realized that I'd need to flash the BIOS to avoid the 1802 error and actually make the card work. The BIOS currently on the laptop is version 2.19 (the Lenovo.com filename is 7buj28us.exe). All links on mydigitallife to a whitelist version seem to be down. Could anyone who already replaced this BIOS with a whitelist mod let me know where I can still download it? If there are any special instructions on how to flash, that would be great, too - I assume it's quite a bit more complicated than running the .exe file from Lenovo and I'd hate to brick the mainboard by missing to tick a checkbox somewhere.
