Bluetooth paired but X61 won't play through BT speakers - UPDATE

I just transferred my hard drive to a new to me X61.
Flashed Middleton's Bios.
Installed an Intel Wifi AC 7260 mini wireless card.
Wifi is working fine.
Bluetooth pairs to BT speakers but X61 only plays through the X61 internal speakers.
I replaced the BT daughter card with a 60Y3033 Bluetooth 4.0 Daughter/Adapter Card Module For Lenovo Thinkpad X220 T520 W520 which has worked in all my other X61 and T61p in the past.
Still does not play through BT card to BT speakers.
Running Windows 10.
I have gone to device manager and uninstalled BT and the scanned for hardware changes still no go.
Any suggestions?

UPDATE: There is a Radio setting under Privacy in the Settings tab on Windows 10. I routinely turn off all App control of Microphone, Camera, Radio etc. Turning Radio App control back on has permitted the laptop to play through the BT transmitter. I still cannot connect to one of my BT receivers, but I am sure that I can eventually figure that out.
