T61- No Trackpoint in Snow Leopard.

#1 Post by mustangzach » Sat Jan 28, 2012 10:00 am

Exactly as it sounds. I've tried installing Apple's PS2 drivers, and I've tried using VooDooPS2. I've even tried the plugin on these forums, with no luck. It's almost like VooDooPS2 isn't even loading.. I know I don't see it under system profiler's extension list.

Any clue on how to fix this? I can't STAND using a touchpad, in fact on my old Thinkpad I disabled the piece of junk. I really want my Trackpoint back.

Maybe I'll have to manually load the kext?
Graduate from your amateur laptop..

To the professional's laptop.
