Ideapads??? The deterioration of Thinkpad lines?

Why not go for an HP then ????

No IPS screen. Lesser quality designs.

Please tell us which models of HP laptops you've used. I've used only one, the nc2400 of HP's business line, and the build quality is as good as any of the >30 Thinkpads I've owned. Again, I'm talking about HP's business line. It's not fair to compare their consumer line with Thinkpads.
