i have a lenovo 3000 n100. Is it just my laptop or do all lenovos make so much noise, i see the hardrive light turning on and i hear clicks for about an hour b4 it goes away. Is this normal?

not likely..

is it new..?
without any added applications that might be accessing the HDD..?

have you started task manager to see what module is running when this HDD accessing is going on..?
