x201 display upgrade

Hello,
I am keen to upgrade screen on my x201 (currently 1200x800, non led) to 1440x900 screen.
Does someone know the parts needed and their FRUs?

You'd need the complete lid from an X200s or X201s that came with 1440x900.
If you do that swap, you will lose the webcam.
But get the X201 manual from the HMM link above for instructions, FRU, etc.
