Thinkpad x201 won't turn on

Hello everyone , I've this thinkpad x201 and whenever I attach battery and charger , the battery light will just keep blinking , when no remove the battery the power charging light will blink

i tried draining the entire systems power (hold down 60 seconds power button , as well as pressing 10 times and followed by 30 seconds on 10th press )

i tried changing CMOS

the fan area is hot like darn , but fan not spinning

new battery too

You could have a faulty (or loose) fan and most likely the thermal paste is dried up.
Maybe clean the dust bunnies out as well and refresh that paste?
