T410 max ram

I recently purchased a T410 for my collection on ebay (just shipped not here yet).

The machine was sold with 8GB RAM but I was looking at the picture and it shows 10240MB with is 10GB, how is that?

Typo.
T410 takes max. 2x4=8GB RAM.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
But I actually prefer Murphy's from Cork!

Previous owner had an 8GB and a 2GB stick installed at the time of the picture.
The BIOS may recognize up to 16GB but can't use more than 8GB due to chipset limitations.
No OS will be able to use more than 8GB and will crash if attempted.

There was no HD in it so no OS.

Assuming it shows up with that 8MB SODIMM I guess I can use it in one of my W510 machines (I7 4 RAM slots).
