How many interest in a WQHD (2K) kit for T420s and T430s?

I have been reading the forums for all FHD related threads.
i have some questions

as far as i understand the FHD kit could let you install a 1080 full HD screen

so whats the difference of the WQHD kit? is it the same as the FHD kit? i think i read that it supports the same screens :

As described in the title. Since Javi-Jie is running out of the old FHD kits, we were thinking of bringing the WQHD kits, which has been finished testing (It won't flicker like the T420/T430 non-s kits).

RMS, any details on how was the flicker removed, DC backlighting or boosted into the KHz range?
