A couple of more issues with T400 - cam & USB

It happened so that one of my T400 does not have a cam while another one does. So, is the process of upgrading with a cam as simple as plugging it out & then in & changing the LCD bezel? Or is there something more to it as I read some guy tried this with a T42 and failed stating that if a cam was not included at the factory then it wouldn't be possible to upgrade with a cam later? Would be interesting to read your thoughts on this on T400 matter.

And also 2) - The upper right USB port of a T400 does not work nor it's LED lights ever - there's only chance to replace the USB, isn't there or maybe someone had a similar issue and solved it in another way?

Looks like I have figured out the issue with the USB port myself, but still what about the cam upgrade -I'm sure someone has tried it - come on guys is it upgradable with a cam unit from another T400 and a bezel?
