SL510 Network issues No internet

I have several SL510's running as staff laptops on our server. I have one in particular that is able to access the server but not connect to the internet to check emails or update any student information.
I have tried resetting the switch for the south end of the building(location of problem computer) and running ipconfig/ release and renew. This has not helped. Any information that you could give would be greatly appreciated.
