SL-510 win 7 home prenium 64 english only. Is there a way to change the language ? need help

Hello and welcome to the forum :)

I don't think you can change the language on home premium. If you need another language, you'll have to get a new Windows. If you plan to get Windows 7, i'd suggest Windows 7 Professional, as Microsoft will support it with security updates until January 2020. The OEM versions are less than the retail boxes. Windows 7 Ultimate will allow you to switch between several languages, but has only five year mainstream support, ending in January 2015.

EDIT: You could ask Lenovo if they are willing to send/sell recovery discs to you in a language of your choice.

If you just need to type in another language, you add through the regional and language settings. Changing the interface itself, is not supported on Home Premium as TTY said.

In regular way you can't but it is possible to install MUI pack with non MS tools.
