Roxio CD-DVD copier

Hi,

I bought my W500, from USA, which came with pre-installed Roxio Cd-DVD copier software.

After burning a CD when I tried to Finalize the CD, it system is giving an error and the CD can not be opened in any other PC or laptop. Can someone help to resort this problem?
