w500 & v3.12 BIOS

So we got a new order of w500's in with the latest BIOS and they appear to have broken something in our PXE boot options, all our older model w500's work, hell even our just in demo of the w510 works. We've reverted back to the old BIOS, any thoughts on a solution for this? Setting back to the BIOS on 20+ laptops is not an exciting thought.
