Where can I find a 250 GB hard drive for an IBM ThinkPad A21m 2628-DXU, with or without a windows OS?

Welcome to the forum!

You need a PATA 2.5" drive, any will do. I believe that WD was the last one to make these drives, in both 250GB and 320GB format.
