reinstall my windows 7

How can i reinstall my windows 7? I have windows 7 os on my amd pc but it cracked,so I decided to install windows 7 again..how can I do this? and before installation old windows should I format?

Certainly...but before doing that, if there are any files on the hard drive that you want to save, copy them to an external storage device before you format.

Or you could just do it from the Windows PE immediately before it starts copying files.
