Wireless driver for Windows 7 x64

Hello!

This is a little offtopic, cause it's not a ThinkPad, but I hope someone would be able to help me...

I just bought a 10 year old wireless PCI adapter card (3COM) for my old (but still good) Lenovo ThinkCentre M55e computer.
I installed the card and my OS (Windows 7 64-bit) detects it as the Ethernet Adapter with a question mark and I am unable to find the right driver to make it work! I even formatted my ThinkCentre PC and installed Windows XP (32-bit) and a driver I found on the internet immediatelly recognised the adapter and I had wireless connection. I reinstalled Windows 7 x64 again and the driver didn't work - it's all still as before.

Anyone has any idea how to make that particular PCI wireless adapter work in Windows 7 x64? If there's no Win7/64 driver, do you think there could be a certain Windows Update that would solve the problem? Not likely, huh?

Anyway, here's the name of the card and the hardware ID:

Name: 3COM 3CRDAG675 Wireless LAN PCI Adapter

Hardware ID: PCI\VEN_10B7&DEV_0013&SUBSYS_203110B7&REV_01

This is just a guess on my part, but you might want to try the Atheros driver solution discussed here:

That card was designed & built before Win7 existed.
