Windows 7 and Lenovo which one Controls

I have my new to me T520 with Win 7 Pro. It also has the Lenovo suite installed with the Power Manager. I can not get the screensaver and power options to work either in Win 7 or the Lenovo app.

Can I turn one or the other off, or is that not my problem?

Thanks for the reply and Link but its nothing to do with Hotkeys, its more to do with is it Lenovo or Windows in control?

Question could it be a Bios setting?
