RMA process/procedure for Hitachi 7200 drive(s)

anyone know if there is a manufacturer procedure for obtaining an RMA for the 7200 rpm drives?

I have a box of these drives and one drive is reporting at bootup imminent failure (SMART data) and Spinrite6 is also identifying the drive as ready for replacement

Better yet, anyone recently used the RMA process with these drives, what did you have to do? Online form? Phone call? Something else?
