Sony 204B monitor or the Apple Cinema Display 20"
Sony 204B monitor or the Apple Cinema Display 20"

The apple display is certainly nice, but I don't think it goes well with the TP as far as color and design goes. Plus I personally don't like the large margin around the display. ( I am guessing that you are talking about the older apple model, the new ones looks much better). Also the older model the monitor cannot be tilted while the new ones can.
Sony overall look goes well with the black simple look of TP. Sony has more number of pixels as well.
I would get the Sony. It is also cheaper, so you can use the extra $300 for something else.
May be you can save the $300 towards the IBM T221 LCD monitor.
I am drooling just looking at this monitor..
