Signature length

Hello,

I've searched the forum and seen nothing about that, so I open this topic. As you can see, I have plenty of machines listed in my signature and I'm at the point I can't even write it like I want because I'm blocked by the 300 signs limit. It becomes difficult to read without the spaces I could use before. One day, I'll have to compress the list, imagine that !

I wondered if it was possible to have more room. I would understand if it's a wanted limitation (with too much signs, it can bring not very lovely big blocks in between the posts). To avoid that, perhaps it could be possible to put a limit to the size of the font, for example.

Well, that's juste brute reflexion here. If you have thoughts about all that, I'm all ears !

The 300-char. limit is a forum-software limit and 300 is more than enough for over 99% of our members.
But if you take out your quantities (2x, 3x etc.), you already gain a lot of space.

Furthermore, the T60 is either 14.1" (4:3), 15" (4:3), or 15.4" (WS).
And the T61 is either 14.1" (4:3), 14.1" (WS) or 15.4" (WS).

I just "cleaned up" your signature a bit for comparison:

Thanks for the answer (I'm not surprised about it and I understand). I slightly modified the signature according to what you said. Not prefectly accurate but I still have room to add machines as time goes by.

How about sorting them alphanumerically?

Hello,

In fact, I have always wanted to list them chronologically and by series.
The logo with the capital L is used by Lenovo since 2015 and even if my X250 was manufactured in 2015 (october), the old logo (without the capital L) is still used :

If I have newer machines, I'll add a line where I'll write Lenovo.
