Is it just me, or does CNet give bad ratings to evey laptop?

For the last two months I have been looking for a laptop to buy (ended up with a T43P, at least to far ). A lot of the laptops I have been thinking of buying have gotten great reviews at places like Mobile Magazine (my favorite PC/gizmo related magazime), PC Mag, Maxiumum PM, PC world, ect. Sometimes even 5 out of 5 starts for some of them. Then I go to CNet, and every laptop I have ever seen there got under a 7.0 rating. The T43 got a 6.7. Does CNet just have such high standards, or do they actually think that a 67% is a decent score... because it is pretty obvious from all the other reviews I have seen, the T43 is no D+ machine.

Or they prefer "MEGA GAMING MACHINE THATS HIGHLY UNMOBILE AND BURNS HOLES IN YOUR LAP AND WALLET"
*Cough Dell and Alienware gaming laptops*
They have an bias againist IBM like 7/10 people that I know who are highly ignorant
