#1 Post by DGaley27 » Tue Jun 29, 2004 12:49 am

how noticeable of a difference will there be between 1.5 1.6 and 1.7 GHz. Also does anyone have experience with the Ati Radeon 9700 pro graphics card?

If you aren't doing anything computationally heavy, you probably won't notice. So if you are like me and basically run browsers, word processor, and instant messanger, there's probably no benefit to a faster CPU.

If you are running multimedia encoding, scientific, CAD, compiling, or anything else computationally heavy you will notice.
