cheap ebay computer auctions

Check these rediculous ebay auctions I found:

For some reason all his auctions have 2 units available and say to contact him for a really low price. Check out the T43P that he offers for $800 USD if you email him.

Also he puts all his computers in really weird categories... like the thinkpad in Clothing, Shoes & Accessories > Wedding Apparel > Men's Attire > Tuxedo Jackets LOL.

I haven't figured out this scam totally yet. I'm guessing someone maybe hijacked this account and created all these auctions ot try and make some quick cash.

obviously, a phishing expedition, like we all get, from banks we never even heard of, asking us to "update our accountings", was successful against this hapless ebay seller..

a good illustration that there is no free lunch..

I reported it to ebay last night and soon after all the computer auctions were gone. All the non-computer related stuff is still there though, so I guess someone hijacked the account.
