There is a new Thinkpad ad out in the wild pushing titanium vs. "you can have any color as long as it's black" thinkpads, specifically Z60's.

Quite funny.

And quite effective too. I am actually beginning to consider the darn thing.

Be sure to try out the "PERSUADATRON".

Also, check out "Which side is your country on?" There are 60000 votes for Titanium vs. a measly 20000 for black.

hard to believe, I thought black would be ahead. The big head people are quite amusing.

I actually had a harder time than I thought I would voting but in the end I voted black. What ultimatly got me to vote black was the IBM logo because the silver logo on the silver case just looks funny in my opinion.

Maybe to help me be 100% positive, I could wrap my 600E's lid in foil and take the silver color for a trial run.

Sorry folks;I had to go with the Titanium................

If the other choice was Teal or purple or some of these other pastels that I have seen these kids carrying it would be the classic flat Black.But;the sleak IBM chassis in Titanium is a rather sharp looking machine.Kind of like the Delorean was in its time.....................

Eh, I thought the titanium looked cool, until I saw it in person at office depot. Black looked much better, imo.
