I don't know Bob, I can't quite picture you in a pair of those red, patent leather DMs!

But, I know how you feel about DMs. My DM walking boots are probably my favorite shoe next to my ever-present Topsider loafers.

Now we are WOT

James! Have you been looking in my closet? ;-)

Actually I have the Red steel toe loafers that make my feet look like Bozo the clow feet! I like them too, they are entertaining and actually look good with a maroon shirt!

I know what you mean with the Topsiders. I used to wear them a lot, but I have reverted to my Florida Native ways, I only wear shoes when required, otherwise I am barefoot all the time, even walking the dog at midnight with our 40 weather the last few nights!

You go out in PUBLIC like that? I thought you people were supposed to have good taste.

Depending on the weather (and locale) it's either my Teva sandals, Topsiders or, for dress up, my Weejuns. I was raised as a devout Preppie and I can't recall a period when I didn't have a pair of Topsiders and a pair of Weejuns.

40 degrees? Wuss!

It snowed last night, 8 degrees this AM and blowing so hard the dog took the same dump twice!

Yes I do go out in public like that! I do have taste, it is bad taste! ;-)

Hey now, that was as cold as it got the last few nights, I do live in south Florida you know. :-) Beside that, true natives such as myself get cold when it dips below 70. hehehehe

Here in Atlanta, the temperature went below 15 degrees (F) last night. Today's predicted high is 32 degrees (F) and we are supposed to into the low teens tonight. Yesterday, we even saw snow. To top it off, we've been seeing snow in some parts and wind gusts travelling at pretty good speeds. On the plus hand, it kept traffic to a minimum because noone wanted to go outside. My dog has been more than happy to hold it untill he drops, even refusing to go out the door on some atempts to walk him.
