Using WinRAR

Ok, got a question i know someone will have an answer for. Know when you download some large rar files online and they are broken up into 15mb portions inside the achive? How do you do that? I have an image (~400mb) that i want to break into smaller pieces and keep in a rar archive.

Anyone want to be so kind to give me some steps?

Yep, totally. WinRAR rocks! I just hate the rather non-confidence inspiring online buying procedure. They really should work on that.
