TV on my Thinkpad, is it possible?

Hi~

I'm trying to get a TV tuner for my T41p, but I have no idea how it works...

Questions:

1. Is it possible to get a decent quality TV tuner for my laptop?
2. If so, what's the best brand out there?
3. What will I need to get PIP (Picture in Picture)? or is it possible?
4. How much will it cost for the setting?

I bought a Samsung 930mp today but I just realized its too much...

Picture quality on my T41 is absolutely amazing, especially with HDTV signals.
