X121e offers, is Lenovo.uk shipping to Italy?

Lenovo.uk on line shop has a lot of discounted offers, which make the price of the X121e about 100 euros less of the same model bought from the italian website.

Does anybody know if it is possible to order on Lenovo.uk and have the laptop shipped to Italy?

X121e with no OS at low price

I have actually found an online shop in Germany who ships to Italy, and has the AMD E 350 version with 8 Gb, but no OS installed for 381 euros.

If I choose this option, may I use in some way the CDs of XP Pro I got from IBM for my T41p few years ago?
Or this would be both "forbidden" and/or impossible due to the absence of an optical drive in the X121e?
