IBM Thinkpad 600x Schematics and Boardview

Does any one have the schematics and boardview for the ibm thinkpad 600x or know where to get it for free. on the internet it is said on a free site for google drive it contains a virus and can't be downloaded.

I'm building a database of vintage laptop documentation and have done a ton of searching for schematics as part of it. I can say with confidence that the 600X schematics aren't available anywhere, unfortunately. The earliest ThinkPad schematics I have seen are from roughly the 2001/2002 era.
