Intel Wireless-N 2230 vs. ThinkPad b/g/n

I have the choice between these 2 adapters in a Thinkpad Edge E531.

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 & Bluetooth 4.0 (2x2 BGN & BT4)
ThinkPad b/g/n Wireless BT Combo (1x1 BGN & BT4.0)

Do you know which is better in terms of reliability/range?
