Steel hinges??

Hi all,

Does the X1 have Steel Hinges? it seems from the pitures that it has Black steel hinges?
is it true? No one in the reviews told about this important information.

The x301 had black hinges as well, they were just coated black. I would presume the X1 is similar.

The X1 does indeed have steel hinges.
