Hello all,

I think I happen to ask the same question again: Is ther a tool, I could use to restore a serialnumber /create a machine ID after systemboard change as
the "old" one started producing error-messages. Bios. is latest

started with IBM-XT & AST-Ascentia (910N) in the 90ties, relying on Thinkpads (770X, A31P, T60-61P Frankenp.) until 2017,
now using TP W530 FHD (i7 Nvida 2GB, 32GB, 500GB & 1TB SSD), X230T (i7 32GB/500GB), Helix 2nd (M5-Y71 8GB) & Tablet X1 (Core7 16GB 512GB)
all Windows 10Pro
