x200 tablet and windows 8.1

have just loaded windows 8.1 onto my tablet and cant find drivers for fingerprint sensor,PCI serial port ,and PCI simple communications controller
help and advice thanks
have run windows update lenovo solution centre ;-(

If you can't find the Windows 8/8.1 drivers then I would try installing the Windows 7 drivers in compatibility mode and then see how they perform.

hello,

I got all the drivers for my X200 tablet by first installing Restore disk then upgraded to windows 8. once in windows 8 I searched each driver from windows.old folder one I had all the drivers I deleted the folder.

if no restore disks use the lenovo updater to get all drivers needed then upgrade to windows 8. I done that also and it work.

Thank you! I don't want those "features" so no need to load drivers.

I rather like 8.1 (after turning off Metro and installing Classic Shell) on my X200 tablet, and when I swapped in an SSD I'd loaded with 8.1 in a T61 it booted without fuss. Windows 7 video driver works fine installed in compatibility mode.
