Classic theme on Windows 8

Update for anniversary edition? it screws up the taskbar making it super unstable

When I try to install the theme it causes a log off. When it logs back on the desktop is flashing and eventually pops up the dialogue window to uninstall the classic theme. Anyone have a fix for this in Windows 10?
