How do you properly CLONE a hard disk with Windows 8.1 ?

sorry ive been very busy. i have a new t61 wide screen motherboard here ( cos the first one wont boot anymore)
im an idiot and cut the wrong trace. but im still VERY happy with my other modified T61 with the fat screen
i will get down to it and sort it soon. - thank you for all the links and suggestions.

you are some of the cleverest people i know.
so im going to be VERY cheeky.
here goes - i have 200 Lenovo B50-30 laptops. (its my paid job for goodness sake)
no - i really do - seriously. it takes hours to get rid of the Lenovo bloatware.
so im cloning them with clonezilla. (and a paperclip - no seriously - i really am)
it works. they have a tpm chip and "windows 8.1 with bing" is ok with the clone.
but sometimes the clone wont work - and windows wont boot at all
how do you properly clone windows 8.1??
